We offer our customers general Call Outs and 3 types of Maintenance Contracts...

Our initial Call Out service is a very reasonable low charge based on a certain distance from our main Depot and then an hourly rate is applied

Our 24hr EMERGENCY call outs are obviously slightly higher

We supply our customers these contracts on Air-conditioning, Door Curtains, Chillers, Lid Freezers, open end chest Freezers, Display Cabinets, Back up Chillers and Cold rooms


Annual Air-conditioning / Refrigeration
Preventative Maintenance Contract A

Key Benefits:

• Parts at cost price to the customer if they have this contract
• Also a reduced call out cost compared to general service call customers
• Maintains and extends the life of your Air-conditioning/refrigeration units
• Reduces common faults that could generate more call outs
• Ensures optimum performance and helps recycle / clean ambient room air and Increases life productivity by reducing down time of equipment

Fully Inclusive Maintenance Contract B

• No call out charges
• Call out response times within the first 8 hours of a call being placed.
• Includes 2 annual Services to your listed equipment
• Maintains and extends the life of your Air-conditioning
• Reduces common faults that could generate more call outs
• Ensures optimum performance and helps recycle / clean ambient room air and Increases life productivity by reducing down time of equipment
• Maximises capital investment



Type of work carried out: air conditioing

Step 1
 We call your nominated contact prior to the start of the chosen month, to arrange a convenient date and time for our Engineer to visit
 The Engineer informs the customer what he will service from your contract list on page 2
 After the service is carried out the Engineer will ask you to sign there service report and inform you of pricing and any parts or extra items used (if needed)

Step 2 A full service on each unit is carried out which consists of –
Indoor:
 Indoor units filters cleaned / sensors cleaned / internal pump cleaned and purified
 Indoor units complete parts inspection / interior and exterior foam cleaned
 Indoor unit evaporator coils blown out with Air Compressor - improves chilling and heating temperatures
Outdoor:
 Outdoor condenser covers removed and parts inspected
 Gas pressure testing
 Sensor and valves tested and cleaned
 Coils washed and blown out with Air Compressor – improves chilling and heating temperatures
 Covers are foam cleaned then units powered up to test temperatures.

Type of work carried out: refrigeration

Step 1
 The Engineer informs the customer what he will service from your contract list on page 2
 After the service is carried out the Engineer will ask you to sign there service report and inform you of pricing and any parts or extra items used (if needed)

Step 2 A full service on each unit is carried out which consists of-

 Overall check of operations, making sure unit is working as it should
 Clean condenser and blades as method attached shows
 Check all temps and make sure sensors all work as they should
 Check all fans are working ok and look for signs of wear
 Check drip trays and drainage to make sure all ok
 Fill in report sheet and put a condition rating
 Clean unit and perform final checks
Cold room freezers
 Overall check of operations, making sure unit is working ok
 Check evaporator coils and clean where needed
 Check and clean drip trays to help provent water leaks
 Check for icing up on coils and test defrost
 Check all door seals and handles are in good working order
 Outdoor condenser covers removed and parts inspected
 Gas pressure testing
 Sensor and valves tested and cleaned
 Coils washed and blown out with Air Compressor – improves chilling and heating temperatures
 Covers are foam cleaned then units powered up to test temperatures.



Main Terms:

1. This agreement commences on the date agreed for a minimum 12 month period and shall continue from year to year, unless terminated, with 15 days notice.

2. PCPuk will fully service and maintain the equipment in good working order during the continuance of this agreement, for a charge £ + vat, payment to be made within 30 days, upon receipt of invoice.

3. The agreed figure equates to both visits made per annum.

4. PCPuk will invoice the customer for:
a. Any parts fitted after the customer has been quoted and given us authorisation.
b. Service calls between visits maybe chargeable but at a lower cost than a general call- a benefit for having this contract.
